About Abby

Born on a small island, Abby Charles always had big dreams. She graduated from the University of Arizona with a degree in Nutritional Sciences with an Emphasis in Dietetics and selected that area of study because of her belief that all of us are united through food. She is a former nationally qualified bodybuilder - bikini division, has a history in pageantry, sung for a nationally televised program, and has been featured in commercials.
